Roses are the emblem of love: Their simple appearance does not diminish the fact that they can convey more than any grand word or act. Your roses can be red, white, or the color of the day. The color of the day will depend on the availability of fresh roses that arrive to us on the day you order them.
Specs:
- Stems: It is an arrangement of 12 roses (they can be red, white or the color of the day).

Packaging: The bouquet is wrapped in our La Jagua paper and packed in a beautiful box that you can reuse.
- Card : Your roses are accompanied by a personalized card that goes inside the box and stickers.
Do you need your flowers to arrive on a specific day?
- For logistical reasons, you must notify us at least 5 days in advance.
We need 1 day to process the purchase order and around 3 business days for it to arrive in the cities to which we ship (Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cali, Cartagena, Manizales, and Medellín).
- At check out we will ask you what day you need the flowers to arrive.
Are your flowers a spontaneous gift?
- If you want to surprise yourself or the person with a spontaneous gift and you DO NOT need the flowers to arrive on a specific day, simply follow the normal purchasing process and expect to receive your flowers within 3-5 business days.

You received flowers from La Jagua
and it is cause for celebration
It is also time to remember that flowers are living beings and have just gone through a long journey. Therefore, as soon as you receive your bouquet, make sure:
Take your bouquet out of the box
and cut the stems of all the flowers 2 centimeters, diagonally.
Remove wilted leaves and petals
It is normal that there are some, these flowers traveled days to reach your hands.
Add to your vase
(or the container where you are going to put your flowers) water (fill it 3/4s) and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 of vinegar for greater durability.
Locate your flowers
Put your flowers in a place where they do not get direct light.
Change the water and cut the stems 2 cm every other day. Enjoy your flowers!
